Bean is a 4 1/2 yr old tri-color, spayed, female shiba. She needs a new home because she doesn’t get along with small children very well, but is a loving, playful, and calm dog overall. It seems she’s confused by the body language of children and becomes defensive. However, she gets along very well with adults!
She also doesn’t mind being groomed and doesn’t put up too much of a fight at bath-time. She’s house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash. She also knows commands such as sit, down, come, and no. Overall Bean is a loving, cute little dog.

Where is Bean located?
All of our dogs are in foster care in private homes, so appointments to meet them have to be arranged in advance. If you are interested in meeting Bean, please complete an adoption application. Thanks!
