Rusty’s foster mom shared this pic with us, he’s looking so happy and healthy in his foster home. She also told us that he’s just so cute, I think he’s won her heart!

OMG, he looks like a stuffed toy! His face definitely matches what I’ve heard about his sweet personality.
I know, it’s like a big big fluffy head on a little body.
The transformation in this dog is amazing….he sure has came a long way!!!
