When it comes to volunteering every little bit helps and NYCSR needs your help now more than ever. Care2.com is sponsoring their third ‘America’s Favorite Shelter’ contest to give away $25,000 to deserving animal shelters and rescue groups and your vote could be invaluable in helping us raise the money required to save our beautiful shibas in need.
The top ten rescue and shelter groups with the most votes at the end of the contest will win anywhere from $500 to $10,000. That can go a long way for a smaller rescue organization such as NYCSR.
