He has a high prey drive and tries to chase small animals, it would be best that he be the only dog in a home. He doesn’t seem to mind cats though. Rusty is crate-trained and housebroken.

Since little is known of her past, it’s uncertain if she was abused or had harsh experiences with men, she prefers women and is very wary of men. It may take a very gentle male to break her of her fear. It would be best if a dog-experienced family adopted her and knew how to work with fear aggression and low confidence in dogs or was very willing to dedicate the time needed to bring out the best in Suki. Once she’s comfortable she’s adorable. She’s a very smart dog and knows commands such as sit, down, no, and come.

Jessie does display some hesitation with men and has shown fear, it may be from past experiences, a kind leader would break her of this fear. Since Jessie is a nervous dog, it is not recommended she go to a home with children, as she may bite them since she may not know how to read their body language. A calm, quiet, and dog-experienced home would be the best.

Since she’s still a puppy, she’d need someone who had the time and was willing to train her to learn basic commands and manners. She also needs someone who is patient and knows how to help a dog with socialization.

He loves sleeping on his fluffy bed and is a pretty low-key dog who sometimes has bursts of energy. He doesn’t seem interested in chasing squirrels and doesn’t react when he sees cats. Hanzo is good at the vet and allowed his nails to be clipped but he wasn’t “happy” about it. He sometimes gets anxious when he’s crated and left alone but if he’s given a kong toy with peanut butter it distracts him and he calms down.

Cinder and Cedar are two 8 week old red, male, Jindo puppies available for adoption. They will be neutered, receive vaccines and be heartworm tested before adoption. They should weigh about 45 pounds when full grown. They are currently in the VA area near Washington but can be transported to the right home. Cinder and Cedar are both very friendly, loving puppies and will make a wonderful addition to a home. They are very active puppies and will need someone committed to raising and socializing them properly. They can be adopted separately.

They are slowly understanding how to walk on a leash and are learning how to be housebroken. Jindos must be walked on leash at all times since they are not reliable off leash. A person experienced with primitive breeds preferred (Akita, Shiba, Husky, Chow, Jindo, Shar Pei) but others will be considered. Please research the breed before applying.
