Popeye’s fosters report that he’s a ‘happy, energetic, playful but sometimes shy’ boy. He ‘loves walking, cuddling, new visitors and being outside’. Popeye was surrendered by his owners because their new baby is allergic. He is 4 years old and is wonderful with small children. Popeye shows no signs of aggression even around food or toys.
