Last week our Animal Welfare Director went to visit Toby and told us that he’s AMAZING. His obedience is perfect, and he’s got the qualities to become a performance dog with some training. Toby is very focused and affectionate. He loves treats and toys and is motivated to listen and obey for them.

Our Animal Welfare Director did notice that he’s a little cautious with strangers, but not aggressive or fearful, just needs to take a few minutes with meeting someone. She reported that his foster family has done an amazing job with him, and he’s very stable and smart!
