Lost and Last Seen in Staten Island, NY

On 7/20 around 7:30pm a red shiba was seen running and chasing geese near Steuben Street and Hylan Blvd.
It was also wandering into traffic.
No collar, unsure if male or female, but may be female judging by the size.
Also, may be young.
Has a very bushy tail and extremely fast runner.
